  • gluten-free oats - ½ cup (45g)
  • vanilla whey - 1 scoop
  • natural cocoa powder (unsweetened) - ½ tbsp.
  • chia seeds - 1 tsp.
  • ginger - ½ tsp. (grated)
  • unsweetened almond milk - 1 cup (250ml)

Preparation Instructions

  • 1. Place all the ingredients in a jar/container and mix well.
  • 2. Leave to soak in the fridge for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
  • 3. To serve, sprinkle with dark chocolate or top with berries.
