  • dressing - red wine vinegar - 2 tsp.
  • dressing - fresh lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • dressing - Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.

  • salad - cooked quinoa - 1 cup (185g)
  • salad - chickpeas - ¼ cup (50g) (rinsed and drained)
  • salad - cucumber - ½ (chopped)
  • salad - crumbled feta cheese - 1 tbsp.

Preparation Instructions
