Vegetarian Breakfast
1. Toast the bread. In the meantime, finely dice the tomato and place it in a small bowl. Mix in the oil and season with salt and pepper.
2. Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and cut into cubes.
3. To serve spread the tomatoes over the toast, top with avocado cubes and sprouts. Season with ground pepper and serve immediately.
