Ingredients

  • dressing - herbs de Provence - ¼ tsp.
  • dressing - minced garlic - 1 tsp.
  • dressing - apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • salad - chicken breast - 2 ⅜ cups (300g) (cooked

  • salad - feta cheese - ¼ cup (30g) (crumbled)
  • salad - iceberg lettuce - 2 cups (150g) (chopped)
  • salad - parsley - handful (chopped)
  • salad - basil - handful (chopped)
  • salad - small red onion - 1 (finely chopped)
  • salad - cucumber - ¼ (chopped)

Preparation Instructions

1. First prepare the dressing by mixing all the dressing ingredients together in a cup. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

2. Next, prepare and chop all the salad ingredients and place in a bowl. Pour over the dressing and mix well.

3. Divide between two bowls and serve.
