Ingredients

  • ripe banana - 1 (medium)
  • frozen raspberries - 1 cup (230g)
  • plant milk - ½ cup (150ml)
  • chia seeds - 2 tbsp.
  • toppings - of choice

Preparation Instructions

1. Slice the banana and place it in a high speed blender or food processor, along with the frozen raspberries, milk and chia seeds. Blend until smooth.

2. Serve immediately in a bowl with your favorite toppings.
