Ingredients

  • salad - baby kale - 2 cups (200g)
  • salad - microgreens - 2 handfuls
  • salad - carrots - 2 (shredded)
  • salad - radishes - 8 (thinly sliced)
  • dressing - lemon - ½ (juice)
  • dressing - tahini - 2 tbsp.
  • dressing - honey - 1 tsp.
  • dressing - water - 2 tbsp.
  • dressing - salt - to taste
  • dressing - garlic clove - 1 (minced)

Preparation Instructions

1. Make the dressing by blending all the dressing ingredients. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.

2. For the salad, toss all of the salad ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with the tahini dressing.

3. Top with microgreens or your favourite seeds (optional).
