Ingredients

  • tuna in water - 1 can (drained)
  • medium avocado - 1
  • small red onion - 1 (diced)
  • small carrot - 1 (peeled and grated)
  • hard-boiled egg - 1 (diced)
  • 0% fat Greek yogurt - 1 tbsp.
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.

Preparation Instructions

1. Drain the tuna flakes and place in a bowl. Add in the rest of the ingredients, season with salt and pepper and combine.

2. Serve with a salad, in a wrap or as a jacket potato filling.
