This is a recipe for a butter enhanced with roasted garlic, parmesan, and anchovies for a massive flavor boost. It's addictive and versatile, perfect for slathering on bread, proteins like chicken, fish, or steak, and steamed vegetables.

Preheat oven to 180ยฐC/350ยฐF (160ยฐC fan-forced).

Put the garlic cloves on a piece of foil, drizzle with oil and salt, then enclose with the foil.
